Ashland County Cancer Association to Host “Days of Christmas” Rummage Sale and Community Bake Sale
ASHLAND — The Ashland County Cancer Association is inviting the community to kick off the holiday season with its upcoming “Days of Christmas” Rummage Sale and Bake Sale, scheduled for December 9–11 at the organization’s basement-level location at 1011 East Main Street in Ashland.
The event, which serves as a fundraiser to support local cancer patients, will feature a wide variety of rummage items, holiday décor, and a community bake sale filled with homemade Christmas treats.
Organizers are asking local bakers to join the cause by donating cookies, candies, breads, and other festive goodies. Anyone interested in contributing baked items is encouraged to call the Ashland County Cancer Association to let staff know what they plan to bring.
“This event wouldn’t be possible without the generosity of our community,” Angela Woodward, Executive Director of the Ashland County Cancer Association, said. “Every donation helps us continue serving Ashland County residents facing cancer.”
“We are accepting small amounts of donations—including holiday items, winter items, household goods, and toys—now through December 8.” Woodward commented, “Our office hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and we’re located at 1011 E. Main St”
