Budweiser Clydesdales Coming to Ashland County Fair — Special Appearance to Support Folds of Honor
ASHLAND, OH — One of the most iconic sights in American heritage will soon make a grand appearance at the Ashland County Fair. On Sunday, September 14, the legendary Budweiser Clydesdales will take center stage with a full hitch show from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., offering a majestic and unforgettable experience for fairgoers of all ages.
The presentation will begin near Buckeye Barn (Gate 5) where the team of powerful draft horses will be harnessed in full view of the public. Once hitched, the horses will parade through the fairgrounds and take to the track to display their strength and grace in front of the Grandstand audience. After the show, the team will return to the Buckeye Barn area to be unharnessed, giving spectators an up-close look at the process.
But this visit isn’t just about tradition and spectacle—it’s also about giving back.
The Budweiser Clydesdale Tour is proudly partnering with Folds of Honor, a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to the spouses and children of America’s fallen or disabled military service members. In support of this cause, the Ashland County Fair is collecting donations, with the goal of presenting the Clydesdale team with a ceremonial check on Sunday during the Grandstand show.
