The Veterans Reunion dinner hosted to a sold-out crowd. Colonel Robert Springer was one of Ashland’s own, and what a story he had to tell. A boy born on May 21, 1942, in St. Louis, Missouri, Springer was raised in Ashland, Ohio, and was a 1960 graduate of Ashland High School.
