Congressman Jim Jordan Tours Ashland, Highlights Law Enforcement Training and Small Business Success
ASHLAND, OH – Congressman Jim Jordan, one of the most prominent conservative voices in the U.S. House of Representatives, made several stops across Ashland on Tuesday, meeting with community leaders, business owners, and law enforcement personnel as part of a regional outreach tour.
Jordan, who represents Ohio’s 4th Congressional District, began the day with a visit to Hot Shots Shooting Center and Classy Chassis, where he toured the cutting-edge firearms training facility and custom automotive shop, both owned and operated by Terri Wood and Jan Aitcheson.
“We were very impressed with the state-of-the-art facility that Terri and Jan have created,” said Jordan. “Even during our visit, there was vital law enforcement training being conducted. The simulation shooting rooms, range, and education will impact the entire region. And congratulations on becoming the North Central Ohio Chapter of Armed Women of America.”
Terri Wood said the team was honored to host the congressman.
“What an honor! We were proud to welcome Congressman Jim Jordan to Hot Shots Shooting Center and Classy Chassis today,” Wood said. “It was a true pleasure showing him both of our facilities and sharing the vision, hard work, and heart that power each business. His visit—and the time he took to genuinely connect, ask thoughtful questions, and hear our goals—meant so much to our entire team.”
The congressman also attended a luncheon meeting of the Rotary Club of Ashland, held at Brethren Care Village. There, he addressed a small crowd of local professionals, providing updates from Washington and highlighting issues related to government spending, border security, and support for law enforcement.
Jordan concluded the day by visiting several additional local businesses, including Fin Feather Fur Outfitters.
The congressman’s tour emphasized his continued support for local entrepreneurship, law enforcement training initiatives, and community engagement across his district.
