ASHLAND, OH – The wait is over, and the ovens are fired up!
Donna D’s Family Pizza officially opened the doors to its brand-new buffet location today at 738 State Route 250 E, inviting guests to dig into what manager Danny Pierce calls “the best pizza around.”
With a dream that began six years ago in a modest shop on Cleveland Avenue, Pierce and the Donna D’s team knew expansion was only a matter of time.
“That place had potential to grow — and when it did, we realized we were outgrowing it fast,” Pierce said. “So when the opportunity to relocate came up before building a brand-new facility, we jumped on it.”
Now, that dream has become dough-tossing reality. The new location features double the dining space, a daily pizza buffet, and an upgraded menu sure to tempt even the pickiest pizza lover.
What’s on the Menu?
Guests can enjoy a rotating selection of Donna D’s signature pies — plus new specialty creations that change daily. And the expansion isn’t just about pizza.
“We’ve added deep fryers,” Pierce said. “Pickle fries, onion rings, breaded mushrooms, fried pepperoni — and even breakfast pizza. It’s something new for us and for Ashland.”

Hours of Operation
Sunday–Thursday: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. – 11 p.m.
The buffet runs daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. for lunch and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. for dinner.
After a successful soft opening for family, friends, and supporters, Pierce said the team worked out the final kitchen kinks and is ready for the big crowds.
“We’re learning, we’re growing, and we’re excited to keep expanding our menu and services,” he said.
