ENDING THE WEEK THE WAY WE STARTED…..

On August 4th, 2023 Agents from the Medway Drug Enforcement Agency, Medina County Drug Task Force , Wooster Police Department Criminal Impact Unit, Wayne County Sheriff and the West Salem Police Department executed a search warrant in the village of West Salem at 123 E Buckeye St..

The search warrant was the result of an ongoing investigation for trafficking in controlled substances related to methamphetamine, suspected drug overdoses and drug abuse at the residence.

As a result of the search warrant, one subject was arrested and transported to the Wayne County Jail.

We are thankful to have agencies like these who share our passion to make our communities safer and we will continue to work together to ensure we are doing our best to make them safer.
