Welcome to Ashland, Trooper Harris!
The Ashland Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol has a new face serving our community.
Sergeant Daniel Kumor, Assistant Post Commander, shared that “Trooper Harris transferred to the Ashland Post on July 14, 2025, from the Hiram Post (Ohio Turnpike). He is a member of OSP Class 172, which graduated on November 17, 2023. Trooper Harris is 25 years old and originally from Mansfield, Ohio.”
The Ashland community is encouraged to give Trooper Harris a warm welcome as he begins his service in the area. If you see him out on patrol, be sure to say hello and thank him for his dedication to keeping Ashland County’s roads safe.
