Person Found Dead Inside Vehicle at Willard Property; Investigation Ongoing
WILLARD, Ohio — The Huron County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a new property owner discovered a deceased person at a residence on Bullhead Road on September 28.
According to a sheriff’s office press release, deputies responded to 4050 Bullhead Road and located the person inside a vehicle parked in the residence’s garage.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation assisted with processing the scene. The Huron County Coroner’s Office and the Lucas County Medical Examiner’s Office are also assisting with the investigation.
The deceased person’s identity has not yet been confirmed, and the cause and manner of death remain pending.
The sheriff’s office said preliminary evidence indicates the death may have been self-inflicted. However, investigators emphasized that the investigation remains ongoing and no final determination has been made.
