New Pittsburg Fire & Rescue Homemade Ice Cream Festival Set for Aug. 7
NEW PITTSBURG — New Pittsburg Fire & Rescue will welcome the community for its annual Homemade Ice Cream Festival on Friday, Aug. 7, 2026.
The festival will be held at the community fire station, located at 3311 N. Elyria Road, near the intersection of North Elyria Road and U.S. Route 250/Ashland Road.
Serving will begin at 5 p.m.
Homemade ice cream will be the featured attraction, accompanied by a full menu of festival favorites prepared and served by the New Pittsburg Fire Department Auxiliary.
Organizers invite residents to enjoy an evening of good food and fellowship while visiting with the local firefighters and emergency medical personnel who serve the community.
The homemade ice cream has become a festival tradition, drawing guests back year after year.
To-go orders will also be available at New Pittsburg Park. Proceeds from the festival will support New Pittsburg Fire & Rescue.
